Business Development Manager – ‘Cloud’
UK Wide — An attractive base x 2 OTE + benefits
Who we are We’re a fast-growing Microsoft Gold partner that specialises in running a combination of multi-year IT Transformation programmes for blue chip organisations, software product development (re-platforming & born in cloud) for the digital platform market, complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 customisations, recurring Team as a Service and DevOps support contracts. We work across a number of markets including but not limited to not for profit, fast growth tech, professional services and business services. We are headquartered in the UK with an offshore delivery centre in India
Who we’re looking for Senior Sales Consultant joining our UK sales team
A seasoned, senior, solutions sales person to lead complex digital transformation opportunities, engaging clients at board level to help them understand the benefits and solutions that my client provides, ultimately placing their trust and invest their budgets with us. The right candidate will take the leads provided by our marketing department and develop them through the full sales cycle to closure, with deal values ranging from £250K to £5m. He or she will have a successful track record in new business software services sales using a consultative approach. He or she will also be able to plan the end to end sales / account engagement strategy, work with our architects to develop priced solutions, write proposals and bid responses, and successfully negotiate terms.
What we can do for you We’re a transparent, honest and fiercely equal employer that believes completely in providing the best possible work experience for our employees:
Real Flexibility – we’re a family first organisation, and if the work gets done, you can work when and wherever you want. A healthy approach for most of our class leading sales team seems to be splitting three ways between home, customer sites and the office.
Awesome Environment – all of our employees will tell you that we are experts at what we do and care deeply about what we work on – that’s in large part because we’re privately owned by those that work day-to-day in the business, and the company was started specifically to find a way for people to take more enjoyment from their work. We also recognise that our staff are grownups – we delegate not only responsibility but the authority to do the right thing.
Interesting Work – these days most of our customers are household names and many of our projects have an important impact on the world around us. The kind of things we do regularly include working with not-for-profits to transform how they leverage technology, working with public bodies to shape digital services and working with industry leading private entities to bring meaningful products and services to market. We run a full suite of technology transformation disciplines in house, with business architects, solution architects, UX and front-end design services, training and an award winning DevOps capability at our disposal. We thrive on projects that have deep and broad technical complexity, and solving hugely challenging business problems.
Great Benefits – all the usual suspects and then some. Some highlights include generous holiday allowance (we work hard and play hard), our choose-your-own tech approach to end-user devices, well stocked cupboards with tasty goodies, excellent professional development support including frequent in-house training you can’t anywhere else, private healthcare and annual share awards to all employees. Full disclosure; some benefits can only be provided after probation and share scheme eligibility is after one year of service.
Don’t take our word for it though, check out our independent Glass Door reviews or our recruitment video featuring, well, us.
