Do you have previous sales experience in an IT setting, and are looking to progress your career with a forward-thinking and exciting IT and cyber-security business? We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic target-driven salesperson to act in a Security specialist overlay role.
Your main role will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build excellent customer relationships and source the best solutions for prospect customers to influence their IT strategies. In addition you will be required to support other members of the sales team in positioning my clients Security portfolio with potential prospects
You’ll be working with a team of dynamic Business Consultants and Account Managers, who have an unwavering passion to make significant impacts on our sales pipeline in order to meet our customers’ needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities…
Build a sales strategy in support of growing new lines of business through face-to-face and telephone interactions with prospects to identify opportunities and generate sales activity in collaboration with the lead development and marketing teams
Understanding the customers requirements and preferences, and with knowledge of my clients portfolio of offerings, communicate our value proposition and strategies to close the order
Responsible and accountable for achieving individual specific monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Lead approach on all aspects of the sales engagement process, acting as primary contact to prospects
Identify and create further opportunities to secure our customers of the future
Skills & Experience…
2 – 3 years’ experience in selling managed security solutions with preference given to those with direct experience in Alien Vault monitoring, Carbon Black AV, SIEM services and Pen Test professional services
The ability to develop and maintain a new business pipeline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop new and creative solutions to problems
Enjoy a challenge and being rewarded for success and achievement
Have a passion and proven track record for achieving targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team player with solid interpersonal skills combined with a winning customer focussed attitude
