Head of Sales Operations

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Head of Sales Operations to lead our backend sales and contracts processes. With your team you will build on our existing tools, reporting and processes to enable world class sales tools and client contracts and agreements. As the world leader in performance database for analytics, data is at the heart of what we do and so should be the way we enable and empower our teams.
We are on a fast-paced journey of multi-year consecutive growth and expansion, so need someone with experience of scaling through sales and operational tools such as SalesForce, Service Cloud, CPQ and running larger projects such as Order to Cash and providing key insights and delivering KPIs to the business and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading a global team of sales and contracts administrators across multiple time zones
Refining and developing sales operational processes and data hygiene
Drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the
availability and granularity of actionable data to their customers
Define and evolve tool/process development to optimize sales cycles and data insights.
Work in partnership with Regional Business Leaders, Sales/Partner/OEM Managers across our Commercial Organization.
Interact and support Marketing and key demand gen activity/nurture programs
Drive a close alignment and support of data held in Service Cloud with the Support team leadership and
organization.
Work with the leadership to develop, implement and manage the business processes, systems, reports,
dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and strategies that optimize business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives
Manages the administration and execution of the team’s targets, including segmentation of business goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various demand generation campaigns and proposing improvements to the Business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results
Hands on accountability and activity.
Find simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, clearly and easy-to-understand.
Drive sales operations transformation to become agile, accurate and data accessible across the business

Your Profile:
You have +5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or other related fields
You have gained experience running teams in Sales Operations
You have in-depth Salesforce knowledge and modules such as Service Cloud, CPQ etc.
Experience implementing change management and changes processes in a timely manner
You are passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities
You have superb communication and customer-relationship skills
You have advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc)

Desired Skills:
Experience in revenue forecasting and reporting to CxO level
Strong business-process design experience
Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
Experience leading the development of department strategy
Deep experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
